    The Bucknell Industrial Park is located in the southern part of Stewartville east of US Highway 63. The industrial park consists of five lots totaling 4.96 acres. Of the five lots one is currently occupied by Boe Electric on 0.97 acres.

    The Schumann Business Park is located in the northwestern part of Stewartville, west of US Highway 63 on Schumann Drive. The park consists of two phases, with future phases of approximately 146 acres to be determined.

    The Tebay’s Industrial Park is located west of US Highway 63 south of 20th Street Northwest. Tebay’s Industrial Park was the City’s first large industrial park. This industrial park consists of 39.50 total acreas with 17.36 acres still vacant and ready for development.
